How IMKASH Started
After nearly two decades serving in intelligence, security operations, workforce management and public service, Abbas Ubah Saraki recognised a challenge facing many organisations across Nigeria.
Businesses struggled with recruitment, workforce administration, payroll management and employee coordination. Many relied on disconnected systems and manual processes that slowed growth and reduced visibility.
Drawing from his experience in leadership, manpower development and operational management, he founded IMKASH Global to help organisations build stronger workforce systems.

Abbas Ubah Saraki is the Founder and Group Chairman of IMKASH Group. With nearly two decades of experience spanning intelligence operations, workforce development, security management and business leadership, he has built IMKASH into a growing workforce solutions organisation serving businesses across multiple sectors.
His professional background across government, intelligence and operational management gives him a unique understanding of how organisations can be structured for performance, compliance and long-term growth.

On 18th August 2021, IMKASH Global Enterprises was formally incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) under Nigerian law, with its registered office in Abuja, FCT.
Founded by Abbas Ubah Saraki, the company was established to address a persistent challenge facing Nigerian organisations — the absence of structured, professional workforce management — and to deliver that service with rigour and accountability.
Operations Begin
IMKASH Global Enterprises moved from registration to active operations, building its consulting capability in manpower supply, recruitment management and workforce administration across Abuja and surrounding regions.
Early engagements demonstrated a strong market demand for organised, compliant workforce services — laying the groundwork for what would become a growing client base across multiple sectors.
A Group is Born. A Major Contract Begins.
On 26th October 2023, IMKASH Group was incorporated, bringing all ventures under a single corporate umbrella. The organisation had grown from a single consulting firm into a group of companies.
That same year, IMKASH Global began a major engagement with Sicilsaldo Contracting Nigeria Limited, providing manpower supply, payroll management, feeding allowance administration and accommodation coordination across their workforce.
Scaling People & Structure
Building on the operational experience gained from managing complex workforce engagements, IMKASH assembled a dedicated leadership team — spanning operations, legal, business development and logistics — to support its expanding client base.
The organisation deepened its service offering across recruitment, payroll administration, manpower outsourcing and HR consulting, positioning itself as a full-service workforce partner for organisations across multiple sectors.
Platform & International Reach
The IMKASH Manpower Suite entered active development — bringing together People & Culture (HRIS and Payroll), Requisition, Hiring Platform and Advanced Workforce modules into a single, integrated system purpose-built for Nigerian organisations.
That same year, IMKASH Global demonstrated its international reach by supplying African oil and gas professionals to Qcon — Qatar Engineering & Construction Company, extending the organisation's workforce capability beyond Nigeria's borders.
